On the 1st of every month during the contracted term, your monthly membership fee will be automatically deducted from your debit or credit card.

Our memberships operate on a month-to-month basis, and any unused services will roll over to the following month.

These services will remain available on your account for up to 30 days after the last expected billing date.

As long as the membership fee is paid each month, you will be considered an active member.

If a monthly payment fails, your account will accrue an outstanding balance, and your membership benefits will be suspended until the balance is paid.

To cancel your membership, we require at least two weeks’ notice before the next billing date.

Please note that packages for IVs and shots are available to members only.

During the month of your birthday, you will receive a complimentary birthday drip, but it will not be placed into your account. It is up to you to come in and receive the drip within that month.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared with any family member or other individual.

Once the transaction is complete, membership dues are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to adhere to the cancellation policy as outlined in your membership contract.
